6-week Luxury Baby Massage & Baby Yoga course Tuesday 6th June to Tuesday 11th July 11.45am - 12.45pm Suitable for 6 weeks to pre-crawling Location: 'The Jam House', Lincoln Cres, Biggleswade Our Luxury Baby Massage & Baby Yoga courses are more than just a class to attend, they are a complete nurturing experience for you and your baby. This course will be held in 'The Jam House'. This will be a safe and relaxing space for you to connect with others. The Baby Massage & Yoga course runs for over 6 weeks. Each week we focus on a different area as well as practicing previous strokes so over the 6 weeks a full massage routine is learned. Each class is 60 minutes long, giving you the time to relax and connect with other mummies after class. Classes are all completely baby-led and baby-focused, with no pressure on mummy and baby throughout the class. Partners are also welcome to join the session as this is such a valuable skill for all the family to learn. No need to bring anything extra to class, I provide: Baby Massage oil (For you to keep and take home) Towel Yoga Mat Toys Hot drink & biscuits Video support, to continue to massage at home.
